I have an older document that needs to have all colored text on colored backgrounds selected and then Overprint turned off. Is there a way to do this after selecting all text that meets the criteria in the document and then turning Overprint off for all selected text? I can’t figure out how to do that across multiple text boxes. At this point, can only select text in a specific text box and then uncheck Overprint.

Hi Cindy, you can search for all text that has overprint set to on and replace with overprint set to off.
You can do this with search and replace (Cmd/Ctrl+F) selecting more options, in the search and replace formatting options.

      Hope this helps

Thank you, Claudio – I’ll give this a try!
