Option to set the master page to be used for blank pages automatically inserted

      Feature Request: Option to set the master page to be used for blank pages automatically inserted by an Book Document. Anyone else agree that this would be great?

      Possible Solutions:
      1. In the Master Options for a master page, add a check box for Use for Automatically Generated Blank Page. This option would be unique to master pages within the document.

      2. In Book Palette’s Book Page Numbing Options under Insert Blank Page, add option to select the default master page to be used for these blank pages. *Issues with master page syncing and etc. Option 1 is the best.
