Option key for default shortcuts not working

      My option key doesn’t seem to be working for shortcuts such as tracking (option + arrow keys). Option key + command key works for other default shortcuts though.
      I tried reseting InDesign preferences by holding down shift + option + command + control when starting Indesign, but this didn’t help. I also tried a different keyboard, and it doesn’t seem to be the keyboard.
