Objects in master page printing in front of another object in the pages

      In the master page I have set up a live area, trim, bleed boxes but I want them to be in front of the other items in the pages . I'm using ID preflight feature on customer documents & most of them don't follow our guidelines (trim size, live area etc..) I know I can do this using layers but I don't want to create these boxes in every page when I “think” I can do this w the master pages. is it possible to do this?

      Never mind I figure it using the layers palette. ID ROCKS!
