Navigation TOC and interior TOC

      Generating a TOC from CS6 for epub navigation and I'm finding some of my nested (subheads) are not positioned correctly. The arrows indicating nested subheads are positioned below the chapter instead of beside the chapter, but not in all cases.

      Also… for the interior TOC some of the contents are not appearing linked (blue, underlined) even though they are styled correctly. And though they appear linkable they are all linking to the first page (cover) of the indb.

      If someone else is having this problem I can share with you what I learned.

      The paragraph returns I created to anchor an object was the problem. Once I deleted the ¶ following or before my toc entry my toc fell into place.

      I also found out one of my book docs was corrupted. To undo the damage I found this very helpful link:
