      Hello all,

I have been searching around quite a lot, without finding the solution to this problem: I’d wish you import multiple images (300+) to a document, one per page. I know there is a way of doing this in the case of multiple one-paged pdf’s using the built-in script “PlaceMultipagePDF”, but I haven’t found anything else for JPG, TIFF or PSD files. I’d like to keep the possibility of editing the pictures in Photoshop once imported into Indesign.

      Any thoughts on the subject?

Thanks a lot in advance for any help!
      All the best,
      Gabriel

      Gabriel,

I don’t know of anything off the top of my head that does this, though there is possibly a script to do it. One thing comes to mind, though. You could accomplish this effectively with a paragraph style that starts on a new page. Or, you could set up a data merge workflow that does this. You would have to have a list from Finder or Explorer to get into the csv file, but there are tools to do that. I think I saw another discussion in here on this subject a few weeks ago.

Thank you, Jdoverton, for your answer. I think the Data Merge workflow seems the best for my case. I will delve into that!
      Thank you!
