More efficient way to find/change formatting?

      Hello

      I'm working on a publication incorporating more than 50 tables imported from Word that need to be properly styled. I'm using InD CS6. I could find/change the formatting but that leads to a lot of clicking on the “find next” button! Is there a GREP expression or some other method I can use to more efficiently do the job?
