Monterey window transparency visible through InDesign layout

      I have one of ten users with this issue, generally similar system settings across machines.
      Following recent upgrade to Monterey 12.5 from Catalina 10.x, the transparent window effect is also visible in the indd 2021 (16.4.2) layout. See screen shot; yeah, it’s disconcerting even when you know the file is good.
      We’ve modified off Accessibility/ Reduce Transparent effect, rebooted, had a temporary reprieve and its returned.

      Ideas on what to modify next?

      Wow, that’s scary. Did you try rebuilding InDesign’s preferences?
