Modified Links Not Preserving Image Dimensions

      In the latest Indesign CC version 14.0.1, modified links would not preserve scaling when re-linking was checked, it wasn’t working at all. The way I went around it was by installing a lower version of Indesign (2017) version. This fixed the preserving image dimensions when re-linking. I was working locally and not off of a server.

      James, you can toggle this functionality on and off in the preference under “file handling”. Works for me in InDesign CC2019
