If I have master pages set up in spreads. When I want to use one master for the right page of the spread and another one for the left side of the spread, if I have an object on the master such as a background it takes the other side of the spread as well. So for example in a spread, the left side will have master A, the right side will have master B with the background of master A.

      Any solution to this problem?

      Hello Tzivi,
Make sure the background of page A does not touch the edge of the page B.

Agreeing with Dhafir. If the master spread has the same background on both sides, make two copies and have each ALMOST touch the center line. Zoom in and you can make the space unobservably small.

When applying the master/parent, make sure you’re only dragging the applicable side of the spread…
