Master Page Margins and Text Frame in pages/spreads

      hello, i’ve made changes to the margins in master page including text frame in it.. but it doesnt have any effects of text fram in spreads/pages… its really frustrating for me if i have to change every text frame widht and heigh in every pages.. iam sure there is a way but cant to find it how… please help
