I am trying to change the font in my master page so that it just changes the body paragraphs in the other pages in the template and I do not know how to do that, There are 43 pages and I just want to change the body Paragraph font from the Master page. I don’t know how to apply it to the rest.
I’m not sure if I explained the problem very well. but please reply soon! thank you

      Ariel,

Do you have a Paragraph Style set up for the body or is the text un-styled?

@Ariel: Yes, as Justin points out, the font styling has to do with the paragraph styles… not the master page. The master page lets you control repeating items (where they are, etc.)

However, if you’re saying that you have some text on the master page (like a page number) and you change its font on the master page, then go to the document page and see that it is not changed… that usually means the object has become detached or overridden from the master page. (For example, if you command/ctrl-shift click on it on the document page. That overrides it, so that it can look different from the master page.) If that’s the problem, you will find that you can select the master page items on the document page. Once selected, you can choose Remove Local Override from the pages panel menu (it’s probably hidden in a submenu).
