      Our design team has created a series of sales and marketing documents.

      Now our company engineering and sales people want access to the documents so they can edit them and make new versions. Our design team all uses Adobe CC and InDesign for page layout. How can we provide the access and edit capabilities that the sales team and engineers want AND at the same time maintain control of the InDesign documents to make sure the designs are kept to our style guide standard and the master document and versions can be controlled. Nobody outside the design team has Adobe CC.

      How do we maintain control and order?
