Lost Preferences

      I use Indesign CS6 on a Mac. Occasionally the program will lock up and my “Force Quit Applications” window tells me “Indesign (not responding)”.
      When I force quit and restart Indesign, I have lost all my preferences. Print settings, workspace, view preferences, everything. Is there a preference file in a folder somewhere that I can copy to a secure location and copy back after a crash instead of having to manually reset my preferences one by one?

      Yeah, InDesign only saves prefs when you quit. My suggestion is to set up your prefs and then quit InDesign and then relaunch it.
