Locked Content Moving when Pages update

      I am working in spreads, in a book pallet. Where I have False tabs and Xrefer tags through Incatalog, (which hangs off the page.)
      When I updated my page ranges in each chapter i have found that the false tabs and xrefer text boxes jump to all different pages.
      The false tabs are suppose to be on the right page of the spread and they move to the left page.
      This is causing major errors in my Books, when updating the xrefs in the books.

      Go into the Pages panel, in the flyout menu make sure the “Allow Document Pages to Shuffle” is turned on.
