Live captions (replacing images) ?

Hi !
I have a folowing problem. I would like to use a document A3 size which has 16 images with live captions on it. Up till now everything is OK. But when i have another 16 images or more with different names how can i let say just paste those pictures in the folder with previous images and to get live captions to be replaced with these new names from the new images.
Is that possible ?
