Linking to e-mail doesn't work in InDseign CS5

      Hi

      When I create a link to my e-mail in the hyperlink panel it works fine in the preview window, but it doesn't work in the finished PDF file?

      I use a button and I set up the hyperlink as to linking to an e-mail and the e-mail address contains no spelling errors.

      What did you use in the hyperlink? The proper way to do it is mailto:me@mydomain.com

      If you did that, did you choose to include hyperlinks when exporting?

      thank you for the quick answer

      the e-mail address is set correct – I even double-checked after reading yuor answer.

      The first couple of attempts with the PDF I used the “interactive” setting in CS5, but the “print” setting with include all interactive elements gives the same result.
