Hello I’m newbie and I’d like to know if there’s a site I can download for free some stroke styles to use them in Indesign or if its possible to make them in illustrator and use them like strokes in Indesign.
      Thank you

I’m sorry to report that InDesign doesn’t allow custom strokes, so… no… no place to download them.
But there are some options, such as:
      https://creativepro.com/tag/stroke-styles
      and
      https://creativepro.com/easter-egg-stroke-styles.php

      May I ask something more…

How I make an object style and give some space-gap inside the box

You can do this with the Inset Spacing feature (in Object > Text Frame Options), or in the object style. But it only works for text frames.

Yes I’d like to put a text in front of the object(box) like here

You can just set the background fill of the text frame… yes?
