Got this message an thought, what the hell?

A few days ago, I deleted some files in the cache that appeared to be old InDesign CS3 files … files which I didn’t need any longer. Apparently, they were more than that.

I used the program Recuva to retrieve 231 files from the recycle folder (just in case). Of course, my question now is … even if I determine which are the files (with dates of the last few days), where do I put them to attempt to launch InDesign?

Am I better off running the Uninstall and reinstalling everything?

Wow… bummer! I think you probably are better off reinstalling, just to make sure all the files are back in the correct place.

Okay … Any tips? Something like this happened once before, but I can’t remember the procedures. I’ll run CCleaner … should I delete the registry?

It took a few attempts, before, to get the Creative Suit working again. The most frustrating part was the slow, torturous reinstalling. Took a lot longer than I remembered the first time.
