Kindle links?

      Has anyone been able to get either internal or external links to work in either a PDF or .mobi doc put on a Kindle? I have a PDF (exported from InDesign) with multiple links to other places in the document and to places on the web and nothing is clickable once you get it onto the Kindle.

      Same document exported to mobi format, same results. Any suggestions?
