Keyboard navigation scripts

      There were a few keyboard navigation scripts from Rorohiko which were previously available for download, but now are unavailable. Does anyone has any idea if the scripts are still available for download? Is there a way to navigate from one text frame to another using only keyboard with the text cursor active instead of going to the selection tool(pressing ESC) and then going to the next object and activating the text tool?
