I must say, it is a heavy book, at almost 900 pages, and it is dense in information. If you haven’t read it yet, I highly recommend it for anyone wanting detailed information about, well, just about anything and everything you can do in InDesign CC!

There are humorous stories strewn inside (the number of times David’s almost gone mad from something or other!) and some things I’ve never even heard of (conditional text, the Ink manager).

All in all, it is a fantastic book!

So can we get a book about all the crazy, humorous and ingenious workarounds from the authors? I’d definitely buy that book!

Thank you so much for the comments, John! Yes, I have “almost gone mad” from something or other, but fortunately, I always seem to make it back okay. :-)

As for the crazy, humorous, and ingenious workarounds… well, to tell you the truth, that’s pretty much why we started InDesignSecrets.

David, I imagine in some darkened office somewhere, a janitor is mopping the floor when a cry of “Why won’t you just wrap properly?” comes from behind an office door, as you try to find that hidden object causing unwanted text wrap in InDesign. Or do I just have a good imagination?
