Italicizing book and film titles in the actual paragraph style

      Does anyone know how to make a Paragraph Style where I GREP automatically italicize various film and book titles. In the screen shot pictured below (I hope you can see this!) I’d like to have GREP automatically italicize titles like “Rosemary’s Baby” and “The Fearless Vampire Killers” automatically without me having to go in and do it manual or by search/replace. Any help would be much appreciated!

      The problem is that those titles are no different than any other text in your document. GREP can only work when there is a clear pattern that makes text different. For example, if the book titles had quotation marks around them, then you could say “make all the text with quotation marks around it” italic. Like this:
