Issues with creating a page curl in a pdf

      I've been experimenting with the great script SWFpresenter and have found that I can make a pdf that allows page curling, but it only works some of the time. Has anyone else tried this? My goal is to create a pdf with page curls that open as a spread and not single page. I also want to figure out why it only works some of the time when I use the same steps to create this.

      I've included a link to a succesful version I created. Here is the pdf. If someone else can host that file that would be great. It's only able to be downloaded 10 times. I can re-upload again as needed. Put the into full screen mode as it suggests to see the page curl.

      I imagine creating this just as a swf that is online would be easier, but if I can get the pdf interactive option working, then all the better.
