ISO: javascript to select from "stringa" to "stringb"

      Looking for the javascript to select from one string to another (from “Endnotes” to “Bibliography”, non-inclusive), to insert into a longer routine that formats my documents. I expect this is straightforward, but haven’t found clear direction in ID javascript instruction PDFs, flogging the boards, reviewing all the excellent free scripts available.

      Once I’ve selected the text in that range (the body of the endnotes), I’ll apply formatting and run some grep routines for clean up. I’ll do similar for “Bibliography” –> end of story. Any guidance appreciated.
