    Hello,

    Apologies if the answer to this question is elsewhere but couldn’t find anything. Is it possible to publish documents online from 2 different computers? I was working from home using my personal Adobe ID and version of InDesign and published my doc online. I then wanted to update it and publish it from my work machine but it wasn’t showing up.

    Is this because I was logged in at work with my work Adobe ID? If I had been logged in as my work ID at home would I have been able to access the online files at work to update the links? Just wondering if the online documents are associated with my Adobe account or to the specific licence of InDesign that is used to publish them…

    Yes, Publish Online is based entirely on Adobe ID.

    This is actually a problem for many companies because if one person publishes with their own ID and then leaves the company… well, no one has access to that document anymore.

    Thanks for your reply. So, just to double check…since you can install adobe products on 2 devices should I be able to publish the same documents both from home and work if I am logged in with the same adobe ID on both computers?

    It is problematic – also this information isn’t readily available on the main adobe information page regarding Publish Online as far as I could see.

    Yup, wherever you are logged in, you can publish. I agree that Adobe should make this more clear.
