Interactive PDF Options: Footnote hyperlinks when exporting to PDF

      I have a couple of questions when exporting to PDF.

      1. When outputting to PDF, is there a way to have the footnote reference as a hyperlink to jump to the corresponding footnote? I can do this manually but is there an option in the export feature that will pick up the references?

      2. Another problem when output to PDF is that the PDF view setting. Is there a way to select INHERIT for the jump tos in the PDF. An example is in the table of contents. If the user has zoomed in on a page, when you select a article from the table of contents, it navigates to that page but reverts back to the default page size.
