Interactive pdf issues

      Hello there,

      I've created interactive pdf, but there are two issues that I couldn't figure out for almost a month, and driving me crazy.

      1. All my buttons in pdf needs to be double clicked in order to work. Even button that is set to play sound when hover needs to be clicked first then hover to play sound. (same for “click”, “release”, “hover”)

      2. I exported some page with video or sound as swf, and video or sound is not working at all. So tried to export pages without video or sound first as a swf. Then bring it back again with separate layers of video and sound, and exported again as interactive pdf but still no luck.

      any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

      p.s. is there any post that clearly shows the limitation and capability of interactive pdf?

      Was there any resolution to this issue? Or another post that helped you?
