Creating an interactive PDF for sales team. I don’t want it to be a linear pdf, I will drive them to pages via buttons. It will also have info pop ups over images, it includes video as well.
The file is working perfectly, runs very well on a laptop. They are now wanting to see about going to iPad presentations, I have tested many readers. All fail to do everything except PDF Expert. It plays videos, shows interactive pop ups and links follow the non liner path.
The only dang problem I have is that when you tap to interact the app menu drops down from the top of screen. There is a pref in the app (tap zones) when i enable it the tap does not trigger the menu but a tap will now advance the pdf 2 pages. The first advance is due to the button code and the second advance is from the app thinking the tap now means to go to he next page.
Has anyone ran into this? Is there a possible work around? I really don’t want to recreate this presentation when it is soon close to useable on the iPad.
