Insert Table without Overrides

      When I insert a table based on a table style, my cell styles are overriden with the currently selected paragraph style. So, if I have Body Copy selected, when I insert the new table, the entire table is in Body Copy and I have to clear the overrides. Is there a way to insert it and automatically ignore the default paragraph style?

      Does it help to pre-define your cell styles to have their own paragraph styles?
