Ok, so I’m doing a 3×5 Index card recipe project, having each cocktail recipes on individual pages. The idea is to put recipe title on the first (pink margin) line being 11 mm from the top and writing ingredients on following cyan lines being spaced 7 mm each.

I can’t find a way for the text to follow the lines, tweaking font sizes to fit it all. Is there a way to do it properly?

After it all, I’d like to sort each pages alphabetically. How to do this?

      Thx!!

Maybe this helps for your first question:

You need to set up your baseline grid at 7mm (in Preferences > Grids), and then have your text align to the baseline (in you Paragraph Style options, under Indents and Spacing).

Thx. Now, for indexing/sorting…. Do I sort it out with the first word of each page (being the name of the recipe)?

for sorting, I would first create the text of each recipe in an excel spreadsheet, order alphabetically in excel, and then use datamerge to generate the designs.

Everything’s set but that last thing, I’ll put a list of hashtags to sort things out at the bottom of page, as in this image. How can I align the last paragraph automatically down like that?
