Hi – I would like to sync my InDesign CC settings from work to my home computer (both Macs). Unfortunately when I first launched InDesign CC at work after the update that allowed syncing, I was very busy at the time and chose Disable Syncing thinking that I could enable it later when I had more time to study it all. The problem now is that all the settings for sync are grayed out, so I cannot select anything, and I cannot see anywhere where I can enable it. On my home computer where I didn’t select disable syncing everything is in place to sync with nothing grayed out.
Does anyone know how I can re-enable sync settings?
PS: To try to resolve this I uninstalled InDesign on my work computer and then reinstalled it. It appears to have remembered my settings for syncing as it never gave me the chance to choose ‘allow syncing’ and in preferences all the sync settings are still grayed out.
