InDesign not packaging all links

      I’ve created a catalog for a US apparel brand. I packaged my files and uploaded to BOX. The files were sent to our UK office for printing, and when they open the packaged file there are a handfull of images that are missing from the links folder.

      When I’ve gone back into the packaged folder and open up the .indd file, I get only one missing link on my end.

      My question is: why would InDesign package most, but not all, of the links? Furthermore why would the UK team get multiple missing links, while I only have one?

      One thing to note is that, because I use EasyCatalog to data merge, I have two links called ecodry (EcoDry & EcoDRY), and the EcoDRY version is showing as not packaged. Other files that are not packaged do not have other links with similar names.

      Also note that I’ve done this same process for the last year and a half with no issues, so I’m unsure why it’s suddenly cropping up.
