Font licensing has become too complicated!

Is there any way to create folders to show up in the InDesign font menu (as folders) that could be labelled based on usage? That is, I have some fonts available for any commercial uses, some only for print and others that would have ebook licenses.

I can’t think of any way to make it easy to separate them out if they all show up in a single menu. (I’d rather not do document folders for every project if possible).

It’s possible if you use a font manager such as FontExpolorer X Pro from LinoType or Suitcase Fusion from Extensis and separate them into folders by usage there, which I personally think is a better way to go about it since you dont have to have all your fonts loaded all the time, only when you need them.

      Thanks for the help.
