InDesign Exporting PDF in wrong size

      Hello all.
      I have a (2) page document @ 10 x 8.5 inches.
      When I export it is exporting the document as 10 x 8.5 inches, (when I open to check it’s size in Acrobat) – but when i bring that file in to InDesign for mock up purposes, it is bringing it in @ 9.6839 x 8.5 inches.
      I removed bleed, and then also tried exporting with 0 bleed with “use document bleed settings” checked on, and also tried unchecking “use document bleed settings”. Even though this is an issue of down scaling in size – I am trying everything I can find…
      I have also tried creating brand new document and copy/pasting my content into it and it’s still doing it.
      Anyone ever have issues like this?

      When you place the PDF, turn on Show Import Options. Check to make sure the size is set to “Media” and not “art”
