      Hello all,

      Here is my issue:

I have a Middle Eastern version of InDesign CS6 (don’t ask) and it’s default DICTIONARY language is HEBREW. I have made all the changes with regards to language settings in all the possible places I can to English BUT….when I do a spell check to a threaded text box of English words that I copy/pasted from a Word Document…the dictionary seems to go through every single word as if it was a new one that it doesn’t recognized. AND…at the bottom the dictionary It still says “Language: HEBREW”.

In case you are wondering: YES, I did reinstall the program in English version but it is still a Middle Eastern origin. Also, made sure that the language dictionary chosen is “en_US”

Tried everything and nothing works….PLEASE HELP!!!

When you say “language settings in all the possible places”, do you have a list of those places?
Does that include paragraph and character styles as well as the paragraph and character panels for the text that you’re dealing with?
