Indesign CS5.5 ePub Tables last first line on page cut in half

Hello all,
I recently output an ePub that has 2 columns of text and the text is in a table, when I scroll through the book on my iPad (on some pages not all) the last and first line is split in two so for example on page one at the very bottom I would have a four line paragraph and the last line is split i can read the top of the text and then have to scroll over to the next page to read the bottom half, has anyone had similar issues with tables, any advice would be much appreciated.
