Indesign CC lighter screen than CS6

      I just installed the new Indesign Creative Cloud and I noticed that the interface and colors are MUCH lighter than CS6. Do you know how I recalibrate the colors to be more accurate? Is anyone else noticing this problem? Any information would be appreciated.

      Huh?! The interface is lighter? Isn’t everything darker?
      Or are you talking about images and colors on your page?

      Yes the images and colors of the pictures on my page are lighter. I open the same document in CS6 and CC and can see a significant difference in how bright my images are. The CC version displays everything on my page much brighter. Is there some sort of monitor setting I should be changing? Thanks for your help.

      CC defaults to “Display Performance > Typical”. Perhaps switching to “High Quality” might change things a bit. Just a thought.

      Yes that did it!!! Thanks so much. I thought that setting just was about how quickly things would display on the screen if you had large files. But adjusting that setting did the trick. Thanks again. Now back to work….
