    I'm attempting to export a previously created book as an ePub. The book (file) contains individual chapter (files). Each chapter uses autonumbering to number the chapters consecutively. No problems with the output file as a PDF, or when the book is printed. However, the chapter numbers are not being generated when I do the “Export to ePub” command from the book file menu.

    Obviously, I'm missing some step here. Anyone out there know what I have to do?

    Hello,

    I'm having a similar problem, I've created my ePub on InDesign CS4 for my books but I'm having problems exporting it. When exporting to epub for digital editions some chapters are not displaying content, even though they are displaying the chapter title on the TOC. When I clilck on the on the title of the chapter of the TOC for the chapters I'm having the problems with; all those chapters show is a blank empty page that if I scroll down I go automatically to the next viewable chapter. It happens randomly every time I recreate the book.
