I desperately need some help that I am hoping I can find on this forum. I design professional development training sessions for teachers and my department made the switch from PPT to INDD about 1.5 years ago and it is the best thing that has ever happened to our team! We create presentations in INDD and output them as PDF's so that trainers can train from the PDF and it acts and functions just like powerpoint presentations.
However, we now need to figure out to convert some of our INDD presentation files into actual power point files. This is for folks who don't have CS4 and need to remove slides from presentations. If people only have Adobe reader, then they can't delete pages.
We figured out a way to output the slides from INDD as jpegs and then dropping that whole photo album into a powerpoint presentation. What we can't figure out is how to do the same with the notes. Is there a quick and easy way to grabs the notes from INDD, output them in some format and drop them into the notes section of powerpoint?
