Incorrect sorting in Alphabetical list

Hi all, I’m really hoping someone can help me with this because I’m stuck!
In a nutshell, what I’m trying to achieve is an alphabetised list of the sections within a book & the page titles as sub. It appears that I have one errant section and I cannot understand this behaviour.
As you can see, ‘Boiler Cleaning Equipment’ is above ‘Abrasives’ and then it flows in proper alphabetical order.If I remove the word Boiler, it will run correctly see here.
Anyone seen similar behaviours? Any thoughts as to what’s going on?
Any help would be much appreciated!
