Incorrect Arabic story direction in Word import & Arabic font question

      I have been given an MS Word document with Arabic text to lay out in InDesign. I use CS5.5 and have installed World Tools to carry out the work.

      1) In the Word document, the PARAGRAPHS correctly run from right to left, but the STORY incorrectly runs from left to right.

      – Is this an error by the author or is it to do with the way my MS Word is set up?
      – Is it something we must resolve in Word, or can it be sorted out in InDesign after the import?

      2) Is there a recommended resource for Arabic fonts? The Default InDesign font set doesn’t seem to have that many options.
      Out of interest (since I’m in the process of evaluating World Tools): are there more Arabic fonts in InDesign ME?
