Importing a fillable PDF form to InDesign

      I have a number of fillable PDF forms, created in Acrobat.
      I would like to bring them into Indesign, including all the text field.
      I thought PDF2ID could do this, but was very disappointed to find that the Form Fields are ignored.

      Is there any way to do this?
