Imported Word text all gets character format of the first style in the doc

      When I Place a Word doc and use import options to make ID override styles with the same name, the first paragraph is styled correctly (H1 in my case) but all the remaining text gets the same font and size as that style (but not the colour). All the Word styles have an identically-named style in ID. I am using the latest subscription versions of Word (365) and ID (15.0.1). I have tried RTF import which has other problems, and really need native Word import to work. Any ideas? The stupid thing is, it worked one time (only) and I cannot figure out what I did differently that time!

      I recall the one way I made it work was to use the Wordsflow plugin, which I am trialling. However I don’t need anything that plugin does (except to import correctly) so don’t really want to buy it! That said, $300-odd to solve this problem might turn out to be the best option, given the time I have lost on it.
