Import indesign doc into indesign

      I set up a template that within each page had a box for another indesign document to be placed into that document. When I set the template up I got the option to bring in the indd document with the same import options as I would a pdf: art, crop, trim, bleed, media. Now 5 units into the book the only options I get to import the indd document are: page, bleed and slug bounding. I set the template up bringing in the indd docs as cropped to media. No one else touched this template, and no one seems to figure it out. Any help? This is in CS5.5.
