    I would love to access the Index on p. 85 and can not. I’ve tried clicking, double clicking, control clicking, alt clicking and shift clicking. Nothing works.

    Any suggestions?

    No, Mike. They don’t. I’ve had an ongoing issue with Acrobat X in CS 6. It has great difficulty accepting updates. Unless I get on the phone with someone at Adobe in Bangladesh for several hours, it does not update, saying I don’t have permission to update. That could be the reason I’m unable to click links in the magazine. Quite annoying.
