ID/IC Style Consistancy Across Computers

      Is there a way to keep InDesign and InCopy default styles consistant across computers autonomously? It really is a pain to jump on each computer in our offce and load styles to the default set about every 6 months or so. It never fails that someone will goof up their styles or add unnesesary ones. There are only 20 computers in our shop, so it's not too bad, but would love to find an easier way. I am always a fan of anything that makes things easier and more consistant. PS- Using templates for all users is not an option.
