    I am looking for a software or plug in that can tell me if a document or file is used in an InDesign file. Almost a reverse link panel.

    I have more than 1000 INDD files and you can imagine the amount of pictures alone used in them. While having to delete files to keep some space on my hard drive I always run the risk of wrecking some links in INDD files.

    I have studied the forums and spend ages online and have not yet seen anything yet.

    Hey Eugene,

    I knew I had seen something like this on here, just couldn't find the right search words I guess. I have been running the scan function since last night and we'll see how it is able to deal with files who were created before the software was installed. It might just work for what I need it for.
