There must be an easier way!
I work at a School and keep a running list of new students name with their ID photo in a document for the Principal and update as needed.
I do this by alphabetical order, so each time I need to push a photo and name into the middle of the list, i manually need to move each photo across the page as well as the ‘caption’ underneath.

How would I set this up so that it just jumps along with everything else as i insert a new member to the list.

At the moment I just have lots of single images in a set out of 4 x 6 images…and a table which i have set up to line up with the photos and i just enter across the names to make room for a new one.

      Thanks in advance.

Can you put the images in a column in the same table as the student names? Then you just need to insert a table row in the right place for a new student.
Only 2 table columns needed: name, photo. If you want them in a grid, split the text box into columns.

      Good luck,
      Chris
