I need the preview window back in place/open dialog boxes

      InDesign CC (And Photoshop) seems to have removed this area:

      I want it back. Is there a plugin that will let me do this? Or, even better, am I just overlooking the option to turn it back on?

      Crossposted in the plugin forum because I’m guessing that’s what it’s going to take.
